Glaux Management is an independent platform for pursuing investments, operating projects, and new ventures.
Our work spans real estate, private investments, technology, and AI. Some projects are investments. Others are businesses, operating initiatives, or experiments that may develop into something larger.
We take a hands-on approach, bringing experience in law, transactions, operations, technology, and company building to the work itself.
Our Approach
Glaux is intentionally flexible. We are not organized around a single industry, investment strategy, or business model. We look for interesting problems, opportunities, and people. We invest where the opportunity warrants it, operate where our involvement makes a difference, and build when the best solution does not yet exist. Some projects become long-term investments, some become companies, some remain experiments. We let the work determine what comes next.
Real Estate
We invest in and develop real estate, working with partners on projects that reward active involvement.
Private Investments
We invest selectively in private companies and other opportunities where we can contribute more than capital. Most of what we do originates with people we know.
Technology & AI
We develop software, applications, and AI systems to solve real problems and explore what new technology makes possible.
Ventures
We pursue ideas that may become investments, operating businesses, or standalone ventures over time.

Erin Dasher, JD
Principal
Erin is a lawyer and operator. She was General Counsel and Chief Compliance Officer of STW Fixed Income Management, a $12 billion asset manager, and led its sale to Schroders. She founded Glui, an advertising platform business serving major brands and agencies, ran it as CEO and led it through the sale of its assets. She builds AI systems hands-on and runs Glaux on them.
